Second printing (first published by the Rohm & Haas Company); 10 1/4 x 8; pp. 2-63; blue wraps, printed in white; illustrated with numerous drawings and schematics; two tiny repairs to top edge verso of front wrap; a bit of creasing; hand-drawing to back wrap; in about very good condition.Covering the topics of handling, cutting, forming, etc. of plexiglas and various projects with it, the booklet was created by the Rohm & Haas Company - famous for inventing Plexiglas and producing acrylics, plastics, and ion-exchange resins. Founded by Dr. Otto Rohm and Mr. Otto Haas in Germany in 1907, it would open its American headquarters in Philadelphia in 1909 and among its other inventions - it would manufacture aircraft canopies from Plexiglas during WWII.
