A pair of items related to tourism in Glacier National Park in the 1930s, when road trips to national parks were beginning to become a more common American family vacation and pastime. The first item is a "Motorist's Guide" (illus. pamphlet measuring 9" by 4" folded) with a large detailed map and tips for visitors about camping, fishing, and general guidelines. The second item (printed bifolium measuring approx. 8.5" by 6") offers information on the Ranger Naturalist Service, programs and activities offered in the park, and how park rangers can assist visitors.
