Cloth covers exposed at the bottom edges, corners, and spine. Fading to the cloth on the front cover, small ink stain back cover, and remnants of an old price sticker on the back cover. Folding map has an approximate 5" tear and has old tape repairs on the verso. Previous owner bookplate on the front paste down: Bibliothek von Carl Ahrendt. His name is written on the front blank end paper.
