A community cookbook from this small Hudson River town in New York's Columbia County. Recipes are attributed, and a few have an owner's small pencil checkmarks, likely indicating approval. In blue wrappers, printed in gold. Previous owner's name neatly inked on first page. Worn at spine, with internal repair; with an abrasion to the front panel. Otherwise very good. Unrecorded.
