Ephemera. 5.5x10.25 inches, printed both sides, folded in thirds to postcard size, evenly browned, address, two postage stamps, and a penciled date on front, one third partially detached, else good condition. Two thirds are addressed to supporters; the final third is a pre-written postcard addressed to Congressman Earl Michener, to be torn off and sent by supporters. The Hobbs bill, HR 6333, would have provided for indefinite detention of certain non-citizens.
