Memoir written by one of Crowley's close contemporaries, seeking to dispel myths surrounding his life and work. Cammell's son was Donald Cammell, also an occult enthusiast and a filmmaker, director of 1970's "Performance," starring Mick Jagger and Anita Pallenberg. Donald Cammell and Pallenberg are ostensibly responsible for the Rolling Stones' interest in the occult around this time. Book is in fine condition except for light wear to extremities, head and heel of spine. Beautiful dust jacket has light wear to corners, head and heel of spine. 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. 229 pages.
