First published in 1908, this is the first publication of this title with Rackham's illustrations. Designed by Bruce Rogers, who has SIGNED the colophon page, this is the only one of Rackham's major works to be first published posthumously, and this edition of the book is the only one to include all 16 color illustrations, the trade edition having only twelve.
