A very nice example of the "small books" published by the Elzevir Press. An additional point of interest is the book-plate found on the front pastedown. "Ex libris F. Wadzeck, Theologiae". Franz Daniel Wadzeck (1762-1823) was a German Lutheran theologian, best known for founding one of Berlin's first large orphanages. Bookseller label of "B.
