Leipzig: K.F. Koehler, 1921. Cloth Spine Over Paper Boards. A Good Copy. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. vi,179p. Colonel Ernst von Wrisberg was General Director over Replacments. The complaint among many high ranking officers was that Jews had been granted exemptions from service so they could gain a dominance in banks and business expansion. Though he denied this when it was brought up in the Reichstag, it was clear that like many high ranking Germans he had a dislike of Jews in the financial world and for their exemptions (especially for the strict Orthodox who were only forced into the medics corps). Here he describes the momentous political aspects of the war years. (Inventory #: 013326)
