A scarce and, according to Palau, important tract in the development and introduction of modern pedagogical concepts into Spain. The first edition of 1746 was seized and destroyed. A revolutionary book in opposing the Jesuits and with very interesting comments on the teaching of the sciences, medicine, jurisprudence, literary aesthetics, and the education of women.
