The building still stands but was moved to Chelsea in 1910. It has been repaired, renovated, relocated, and added on to; however, it is considered to be the most important secular domestic medieval building in London.

Embossed dark green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering and decoration to spine. Minor wear to edges and a few small light spots of soiling to boards. Crack to interior but binding remains tight. Crosby Gaige's bookplate and description of the book pasted to front (truncated) endpaper.
