In July 31/1 August 1904 a grand festival and parade was held in celebration of Danish Industry and Tradesmen. The elaborate floats representing the trades are depicted in these fine double-page colored plates including those of the printers, the bakers, the stroller-makers, the pavers, the bookbinders, the furriers, barrelmakers, cigar and tobacco merchants, bicyclewheel makers, photographers, metalsmiths, hatmakers, carriagemakers, clockmakers, wigmakers and many others. Under each illustration is text describing those involved.
