Light rubbing and edgewear to the boards, else the bindings are fine. 4 plates in Vol. I & 2 in Vol. II have a light marginal stain (not affecting images); otherwise the plates are fresh and free from foxing, including the 'dark' plates. The frontispiece has lightly offset onto the engraved title. A fine set.
