Adams) in dark blue fountain pen ink on proxy document permitting Mary O'Connor to vote his shares at the annual meeting on May 15, 1929, of the Las Palmas and Sunset Corporation. 8 1/2 in x 5 1/2 in; 1 page. Very good. Scarce. This corporation was involved in the purchase of land in Hollywood. It later became the foundation for the Writer's Guild. Provenance: from the estate of Mary H. O'Connor. Frank R.
