Boldly signed and inscribed: "To Paula [Turney] With my best wishes, June Allyson." June Allyson (1917-2006), born October 17, Bronx, New York; died July 8, 2006, Ojai, California; husky-voiced American leading lady; film career 1937-1982; including: "Little Woman" 1949; "The Glenn Miller Story" 1954; "The Shrike" 1955; starred in her own television series "The June Allyson Show" 1959-61; married to actor Dick Powell 1945-63 until his death..
