The last section covers Foreign States and Territories including Lower California, Mexico, South America (Peru, Bolivia, Chili, Brazil) and the British Possessions (British Columbia, Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, New Zealand) and the Russian Possessions (Siberia). This work also includes much information on the agricultural resources, topography, physical features, etc. of the areas discussed. An extensive index to Browne's Report is included.
