The volume includes a wide range of legal question facing this prominent 19th Century Rabbinical leader in Hungary. Correspondence with Rabbis Moses Sofer and his son is also included. Written by renowned Hungarian Rabbi Yehudah ben Israel Aszod (1794-1866), who was a member of the Orthodox Jewish Rabbinical delegation to emperor Franz Joseph in Vienna in 1864. Serious age wear to binding, with most of spine missing and both boards loose but present. Rippling to inside, with owner stamps to endpapers and title. Browning throughout. In Hebrew. Binding in poor, book in fair condition. Not in Bet Eked.
