In a very near fine dust jacket with a modest amount of wear at the spine ends with 1/4" closed tear and light flecking. The edited extracts from the diaries of two members of the cooperative band of men from Ohio, known as the Buckeye Rovers, who traveled west to the California mine fields in the spring of 1849.
