The bottom one inch of the front wrapper margin is lacking. The first 26 pages which contain the Proceedings are chipped on the bottom margin. Several pages report on the progress being made in the Colony of Liberia. The appendix lists the life members of the Society and the auxiliary colonization societies and their officers.
