Designed and printed by hand by Philip Gallo in an edition of 90 copies from Permanent Headline and Bauer Bodoni Bold type with Glint ornaments for display, on white Johannot paper. Sheet measures 7.5 x 19.8 inches (19.1 x 50.2 cm). Philip Gallo is the proprietor of the Hermetic Press in Minneapolis and a world-renowned poet, printer and typographer. More highly regarded and better known in Europe than in the (truncated) United States, his work as a visual artist and concrete poet is collected by the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Walker Art Center, the Museum Of Modern Art, the University of Wisconsin, Brown University, and the Getty Museum to name but six.
