A complete, thorough rundown of the 1910 season, with dozens and dozens of photos. Crisp and clean in its stapled, pictorial wrappers. Still tightly-bound, free of any internal writing or markings. 16mo., 128 pgs. The text opens with generous coverage of the 1910 World Series (the Philadelphia Athletics vs. the Chicago Cubs) and then works its way backwards, giving a careful look to the statistical achievements of the year. It follows that with a wonderful look at many of the local leagues (Eastern Kansas League, Blue Grass League, Northeast Arkansas League, Connecticut Baseball Association, etc.) and concludes with a profile of a trip to Japan the University of Chicago made to play against the Waseda University Baseball Team and the Keio University Nine. Small, discreet former owner name at top of front panel and very small, even chip at lower corner. Otherwise, clean-as-could-be and very well-preserved.
