1976. unbound. Excellent content autographed letter signed. 2 pages (front and back), 4to, 11 x 8.5 inches, personal stationery, no place, April 12, 1976, reminiscing about Noel Coward, in small part: "It was kind of you to send me a copy of your 'Noel Coward Gala'. Yes it certainly does have special meaning for me...from those sublimely...days when I was a member of the cast of 'The Apple Cart' at the Haymarket Theatre, London, in 1953. It has always been a matter of great personal pride to me that Noel should have included me in what was initially a hard-picked cast...and like everyone who had the good fortune to work with him...I worshipped him." Usual folds; still very good condition. English actor in theater and film; close friend of Noel Coward. In 1988, during a two-week hiatus from the national tour of The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Rose was beaten to death by his adopted son and three other men.
