In this unusual contract, Gary Cooper grants permission to to use his image in the making of this book. Contract is typed on the Warner Bros. letterhead and was approved by the studio. Small chip to top edge, else about fine. Accompanied by a copy of the book Sergeant York and His People, with Cooper’s photograph on the front cover.
