Octavo. 3rd edition, and a revised edition after comparison with the text of a standard French edition, was made from Bosc's original edition of the memoirs, and was published at London in 1795, within two years after Madame Roand's death by the guiotine on November 8, 1793. 381pp., bound in 3/4 red morocco over marbled paper covered baords, raised bands with compartments decorated in a floral gilt, top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. gift inscription on verso of portrait frontispiece otherwise a fine copy.
