Bamberger's bibliography represents the catalogue of his personal library of early Spinoza literature, subsequently acquired by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and now housed at the latter's Jerusalem Campus in the Abramov Library. Each bibliographic entry is accompanied by an annotation by Bamberger containing, variously, information on the work's author, a summary of content or thesis, clarification of bibliographic matters, and references to related entries. A total of 664 items of secondary literature are listed chronologically, along with a handful of manuscripts and autograph letters and several dozen early editions of Spinoza's own works. Also contains an essay titles "Early Editions of Spinoza's Tractatus Theologico-Politicus: A Bibliohistorical Reexamination.
