The Nordisk Skaktidende was the first Danish periodical founded (in 1873) and edited by two strong Danish players, Oskar Theobald Malmqvist and Søren Anton Sørensen. It lasted until 1881 with volume 9. In the May, 1881 edition there appeared two games that had been conducted by Prince Dadian during the St. Petersburg amateur tournament in which he took first prize.

Condition:

Cover scraped, corners bumped and rubbed, page 19/20 damp stained with edge reinforced. Some occasional marginalia else a good copy.
