With lengthy address by Timothy Pickering who had been in a Senator from Massachusetts as a member of the Federalist Party, and was censured in 1811 for breach of confidence. In the address Pickering attempts to refute “a host of slanderers”. With ads for the books being sold at that time by the publisher, Rousmanier & Barber, for the Harvard College Lottery, and for the sale of the Newport Circulating Library. Separated at the fold.
