An interesting cookbook published in Kenya in the early postcolonial era. The cuisine is unequivocally more British than African, despite the mention of local fresh water fish like Nile perch and tilapia and the inclusion of a section on curries and samosas, but there's nary a trace of a Black African face in the illustrations and advertisements. Original color pictorial wrappers. Light cover soil and wear, otherwise very good.
