Ernest Dawson has hand-numbered pages 207 and 208; page 208 is an ad for Dawson's Bookshop, which has also been inscribed by Dawson across the upper left hand corner: Please consider this / a personal invitation / Ernest Dawson." Corners and binding extremities rubbed. Spine label lightly worn with minor soiling. Yellow edges have a few discoloring stains. Occasional small stains. Front fly leaf inscribed by Ernest Dawson: "To Mrs. Francis M. Fultz / with kind regards and / best wishes of / Ernest Dawson." Ernest Dawson was the founder of Dawson's Bookshop, which has been in business since 1905 and is considered to be the oldest continuously running bookstore in Los Angeles
