Paperclip impressions in fore edge of several pages and 1/2 inch closed tear at bottom hinge of page 335/336. (truncated) Reddick N. ALfred (1822-1905) was a well known Mormon pioneer. He was in charge of a company of 73 wagons en-route to Utah, enlisted in the Mormon Battalion, served a mission in the Sandwich Islands, and was a high-priest, bishop, patriarch, husband and father.
