George Bull was the Bishop of St. David’s, and devoted himself to ecclesiastical history. Bound in vellum; the title page has an attractive copperplate vignette of the Sir Christopher Wren’s Sheldonian Theater in Oxford, which was completed a couple of decades before this printing.
