Ex-library with the usual markings, hinges broken with paper glued creating a new endpaper, gutters broken, cloth tape spine hastily repaired, leather dry and worn, a good only copy.

Mis. Doc. No. 8: "Letter From the Commissioners of the District of Columbia, transmitting estimates of appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1883." Mis. Doc.
