Designed by Kevin Begos Jr. and Dan Carr, the book was printed by Heritage Printers in English Monotype Scotch hand-set at Golgonooza Letter Foundry by Carr and Julia Ferrari, on paper by Carterie Enrico Magnani. The six photogravure plates were printed at the Renaissance Press by Paul Taylor and Cary Nelson on Richard de Bas paper. This is copy 118 of an edition of 550, numbered and signed by Siskind on the colophon.
