n.p., 1877. Good. Folded 3-page sales leaflet [4th page blank]. 34cm. Three later horizontal folds. One horizontal tear of modest length (about 3cm.). General soiling and wear. Lewis Shrubsole, apparently a builder, is identified as the owner; F. Nesbitt Kemp as the architect. The estate consisted of 5 or 6 acres, a mansion, lodge, stables, 2 kitchen gardens, green & hot-houses, etc. According to the leaflet, "The whole to be Sold at a Little over half the original cost, or let furnished or unfurnished, at a Moderate Rental."
