Bound forms printed in black and red for recording: Names of Males; Names of Females; Sealings; Births, Baptism, Marrages {sic}, Sealings, etc.; Ordinations; Record of Living Relatives and Friends; Sealing of Children to Parents; To Record Patriarchal Blessings, Appointments in the Priesthood, Missions, etc., Appointments in Relief Societies, Sunday Schools, Young Men's and Young Ladies' Associations, etc. Three pages of neatly written entries in Baptism and Marriages, one page, in Ordinations, and one in Record of Relatives Still Living. Small scrap of contemporary paper with brief note about baptisms for the dead is laid in. Very rare.
