London: printed and sold by J. Morphew, 1708. Folio, pp. 12; removed from binding; small withdrawn stamp at the base of A2, light soiling, short tear at the top gutter; all else very good. Foxon C-541. Not found in CBEL or NCBEL. Apparently rare: ESTC locates only 3 copies: British Library, Guildhall Library, and the National Library of Scotland. OCLC adds Minnesota (this copy, and the only copy in America) and the National Library of Sweden. COPAC finds three more: Manchester, York, and Leicester.
