Payment may be made via PayPal or by a check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Postage charges within the U.S. are $4.00 per volume by book rate, or $10.00 by Priority Mail. Postage charges to other countries depend on weight and destination. All books are returnable within ten days of receipt if unsatisfactory.
