San Francisco, CA: Lamson Defense Committee, 1943. Paper wraps. 103pp. Lamson, who was a graduate of Stamford, was accused of murdering his wife. At the first trial he was convicted and sent to death row. He appealed and a second trial resulted in a deadlocked jury, the third trial was declared a mistrial and the fourth was another deadlocked jury. He was released and never tried again.
