(excerpted from the colophon) With TLS laid in on letterhead from Kanner to Don Bruckner, then editor of the New York Times Book Review, apparently enclosed with this copy in seeking review.
Lacking the plastic slipcase, binding slightly soiled,one corner bruised, otherwise fine.
