[1], vii, 40 pages (the last on the inner rear wrapper). Printed wrappers. First edition of Háy's second artists book, which was published underground as samizdat. The introduction by the Hungarian psychologist Ferenc Mérei is translated by Hay's partner, the dissident György Krassó, as "The Two Sexes". Hay was renowned in her native Hungary for her experimental art and films. Considered a subversive during the Communist era, she and Krassó emigrated to London in 1985 to escape (truncated)
