Nezih Simon's second cookbook of Turkish recipes, designed to work for experts and novices alike. This book focus on the vegetarian dishes of Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean. The author originated the first cookery and domestic science classes in Cyprus, out of which came her first book, Turkish Cookery, published by Tredolphin in 1968. Some light spotting to the bottom edge of the first few leaves. black. Color-printed card stock boards and double Wire-O binding are only a bit rubbed at edges. Ribbon on bottom edge allows the book to stand as its own easel. Generally very good or better. Signed by the author on the title page. [OCLC locates six copies (just three in the U.S.)].
