NY: Waring Products Corp., 1947. Staplebound. Pink printed wraps, Fine. 21 pages, 18 x 9.5 cm. An early recipe booklet for the Waring Blendor, an invention of Fred Osius - financed, completed, and advertised by Fred Waring, a famous entertainer at the time. Waring advertised through many different avenues, including a band titled "The Waring Blendors." This booklet was released in the big blender boom that occurred after the second World War when blender (or blendor) production could be resumed. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic recipes - including: Daiquiris, Fizzes, Flips, Fruit Nectars, Smoothees, Eggnogs, and many cocktails one would be dubious to prepare in a blender. Crisp, clean copy.
