In 1702 a manuscript copy of these recipes were brought to America for use in the Penn household. 144 recipes for meat, fish, fowl, beverages, baked goods, cheese, custards, puddings, preserves, jellies, and candy. Interior clean and crisp. Dust wrapper rubbed with some closed tears at edges. Ex-libris. Covered in protective mylar.
