Recipes for soups, vegetables, soups, rice and noodle dishes, meats, eggs, fish, tea, with an appendix and suggested menus. Some hybrid "Chinese- American" recipes include a couple of variations on chop suey and chow mein recipes along with "Rice au Gratin" and "Choi Shang Choi" (a fruit/mayonnaise salad incorporating some Chinese ingredients). Illustrated throughout with black and white photos. Interior clean and crisp, boards lightly toned.
