Based on the 1970 novel by Michael DeForrest, published under the pseudonym T. Horoku. Brutally gang raped as a young girl, Saeko develops a deep hatred toward men. Years later, Saeko is a doctor by day and at night picks up men as a street walker and kills them. The pattern continues until she falls in love with a physician, who she discovers has a troubling secret of his own.
