Please include your phone number and address with your order. We accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER, check or money order, and PayPal. UPS Ground shipment for domestic orders over $100 is FREE (this only applies for orders sent directly to our email address or by phone or fax). Otherwise, postage within the United States is as follows: (a) for UPS or Priority Mail, $6 for the first book, $2 for each thereafter, (b) Media Mail (formerly Book Rate), $3 for the first book, $2 for each thereafter. International Mail: (a) for Airmail shipment, $20 for the first book, $10 for each thereafter, (b) for Global Priority shipment (single book orders only, not available in all countries, not insured), $10, (c) Surface Mail, $10 for the first book, $5 for each thereafter. Any postage fees incurred above these rates are billed at cost. Fine is our highest grade, all book dustjackets are in new, clear archival covers. All proofs and paperbacks valued at over $50 are in new, clear glassine covers. All books noted as First Editions are also First Printings unless indicated otherwise. All books are guaranteed to be as described, and may be returned at any time for any reason for a full refund, including return postage. Libraries, institutions, and accredited dealers can be sent books with invoice.
