Affixed to inside front cover is an 11 page booklet, "Dyeing Instructions and Remarks." The cover is soiled and slightly nicked at edge. There are two samples, 11 sets to a page, of 99 dyes. The nine stiff card pages are soiled, but the samples are in good condition and have retained their brightness.
