Octavo: [iv],532 pp. Publisher's binding of purple cloth, blocked in blind on sides, gilt-stamped title to spine. Pencil ownership on ffep. and ex-library: nineteenth-century bookplate on front pastedown, two small blind-stamped seals within, and no external marks. Cloth is sunned at spine, with some irregular chipping at either end, and is worn at corners. Very clean within. It is a sound copy whose condition is very good plus.
