Partially printed letter on a folded leaf authorizing and directing the Secretary of State to affix the Seal of the US to the pardon of Elizabeth Hall and Emma Reed upon the condition that they be confined in the public jail of the County of Washington for the term of 2 months from the date. Signed and dated by Tyler. With an engraving of Tyler.
