Terms of Sale

All material is guaranteed as described; any defects have been noted. All books are complete unless otherwise noted. Purchases may be returned for any reason, provided that we are advised within five days of receipt.

Accounts payable in full within 30 days. Libraries may receive deferred billing upon request.

Persons ordering for the first time are requested to remit with order, or supply suitable trade references.

Goods shall remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been discharged in full. Postage and insurance charges will be added to all orders. United Parcel Service usually used for domestic shipments; Fedex or registered airmail used for overseas shipments.
